Code:
[center][size=24][font=Arial Black]NAME[/font][/size]

[size=16]History[/size]

Age:
Birth Date: [the year is 2018]
Residence: [Only applicable if it's outside of Avalon]
Place of Birth:
Occupation: [year at the school if student]
Organizations:
Notable Relationships:

Biography Pre-Creation: [No minimum word requirement, but please construct a relatively detailed background. If the staff member reviewing this does not feel as though they understand your character's history well enough from reading this, they may ask you to change it.]

Biography Post-Creation: [Try to keep up a brief synopsis of what has happened since your character has been created. This will help keep you keep tabs of important events and how they affected your character.]

[size=16]Appearance[/size]

Height:
Weight:
Hair Color:
Eye Color:
Build:

Appearance: [Either put an image of your character, or write a description of their appearance. If you choose to write a description, please make it detailed enough to where we can paint a realistic picture of the character.]

[size=16]Personality[/size]
[A description of your character's general personality. What do they like, how do they act in public, ect. Things that you wouldn't normally be able to tell by talking to them may stay exclusive to your secret sheet.]

[size=16]Thread History[/size]
[You can format this section however you want. Tables, paragraphs, etc. So long as you make sure to include the name of every thread your character participates in, as well as a link to said thread. You don't actually have to write anything beyond the thread name and link, but I personally recommend writing short entries on what happened in these threads. This could, theoretically, replace the post-creation biography on your sheet.]

[size=16]Abilities/Powers[/size]
[This can also be formatted however you'd like, but I recommend not listing the specific abilities/stats of your character here. Those will go into your Secrets section. Instead, you should list how any of your abilities are publicly known to function and appear.]

[size=16]Assets[/size]
[List your publicly known assets, such as weapons, possessions, contracts, titles, etc.  Small things, like student textbooks, or clothing don't need to go here, just significant stuff.]

[size=16]Living Space[/size]
[No real detail needs to go into this for most people, but those with larger or unique homes should write out a good description so that any thread taking place here has a kind of map to follow. Once again, only list things that are publicly known here. If your character is believed to be homeless, but actually lives in an elegant castle in a distant land, leave that in your Secrets.][/center]

I can't stress this enough: You only need to put information that would be publicly accessible in this sheet. If your place of birth is some big secret, don't put it here. If you're hiding your powers or abilities, don't put it here. If you include information here, it is assumed that other characters can find this out by doing simple research on your character, so if you don't want anyone else to know something in-character, it goes in Secrets. Of course, there is no rule against including such information on your public sheet; this is solely for the purpose of keeping hidden knowledge hidden. Information is a valuable currency, after all.
